Terms of Service
Last updated: August 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of addresslabel.app and the iOS application Address Labels. By using the site or the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Who we are
The products are operated by Mark Homaa. Questions: [email protected].
The iOS app
Address Labels lets you enter or import mailing recipients, choose a sheet layout compatible with common label papers, preview a sheet, and print or share a PDF. It is intended for personal and small-business mailing tasks. You are responsible for the accuracy of addresses you print and for using paper that matches the layout you selected.
Printing quality depends on your printer, paper, and print dialog. For alignment, choose the matching paper size and set scale to 100% (turn off “Scale to Fit”). We do not guarantee that every printer and tray will register perfectly.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the iOS app on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent the app as someone else’s product, except where applicable law forbids that restriction.
Free features and Premium
The free app lets you add and edit recipients, design a label, and export or print. Free exports include a visible page-wide watermark. Premium is a one-time In-App Purchase that removes the watermark and unlocks Contacts import and CSV import. There is no subscription for Premium.
Payment, taxes, refunds, and billing disputes for the App Store purchase are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. Restore Purchases re-checks Apple’s records for this Apple ID. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves; use Apple’s report-a-problem or subscription/purchase support.
Your content
You keep rights to the recipient lists and files you provide. You must have the right to use those addresses (for example, your customers or your own contacts). Do not import data you are not allowed to use. Content stays on your device unless you share or print it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app or site to break the law, harass others, or distribute malware. The app is not a bulk unsolicited-mail service; you must comply with applicable marketing and postage rules.
This website
The website describes our tools and may link to other products (web editor, extensions, Mac app, add-ons). Those products have their own terms when you use them. Site content is provided for information; we may change pages without notice.
Disclaimer
The site and app are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Label layouts are designed to match common sheet sizes; we are not affiliated with Avery Dennison and do not claim their trademarks as our own.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, misdirected mail, wasted label sheets, or indirect damages arising from use of the app or site. Our total liability for a claim relating to the iOS app will not exceed the amount you paid for Premium (if any) in the three months before the claim.
Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If you continue to use the app or site after an update, the new terms apply. For material changes to paid features, we will describe them in the App Store listing or in-app where practical.
